My favorite, favorite, favorite. I did alot of troubles with that guy. I haven't touched the stuff in 13 years. I went cold turkey off of everything for about four years, even drinking. As you probably have read, I've relaxed my standards a bit. But my days of that sort of rock and roll lifestyle are thankfully gone.

I do miss it once in awhile though.

I am definitely not a virgin to cocaine.

I am a virgin to injecting it. There was a time I was around people who were injecting it and they were getting really pleasantly stoned and I had every opportunity to do it myself. But for whatever reason it didn't feel right to me and I stuck with the snorting and smoking.

The friend I'm going to visit works out at least an hour a day, and I suspect more like 2. I don't think she drinks anymore, much less does anything harder. I got an email yesterday saying something to the effect of get ready for a week of hard core working out, just kidding, and then, "not really".

So the likelihood of scoring some coke in between Bikram yoga, P90X and her newest passion the Insanity workout? It's very slim. She's...ummm....let's just say, extremely motivated.

*PS....I'm actually pretty interested in the Insanity workout. I think it will make me cry but, it doesn't require any equipment. It looks like really hard plyometrics every day.

We have one more week of P90X left. I'm not as happy with the results as I wanted to be but, we feel down a little the last month or so since we were traveling, and then sick for a week. Also, I didn't follow the diet, or any diet. I eat pretty well, but over time backslid and was drinking half of Mr. X's sodas and eating pizza when he ordered it. I mean, if you don't get it yourself, it doesn't count right? Mr. X has a metabolism that he can eat like that all day, every day and it really doesn't effect him. Me? I eat one piece of bread puff up like Mattyrain in the wild and get a headache. Wheat is pretty much my enemy in every sort of way.

This week I did alright save the vodka soda (viccodins don't count, I don't think they have any calories) and the two pieces of pizza I swiped off of Mr. X last night. Mostly it's been alot of raw fruits and vegetables. Today I'm making wheat free crackers. Seriously interesting stuff, I know. I bought a bag a Whole Foods and they were like eight bucks. The internet tells me that it's really easy to make your own crackers.

Reno Cool loves it when I get back on the food wagon. I eat alot of pancake type things made with a almond flour, rye flour or a garbanzo bean flour base. I always try to get him to eat them, and he always thinks they're gross. To be fair, alot of them are pretty gross.

i love it....but wouldnt enjoy that beat up shit in the picture...

My 13-year-old Lhasa Apso tells me that a simple acetone wash will turn that gummy off-white shit into near-pure pearlescent crystals that won't fuck up your nose or make you clench your jaw for a half-a-day because of cheaper stimulants that were thrown in the mix. What a dog.

I'm the pus of the group. Well to be fair to myself I don't consider it pus like but I'll always be in the minority.
Never took a hit off a joint.
Never snorted.
Never injected.
No meth, crack or heroine.
Don't drink.
I did crack a rib once and the doctor prescribed some percocet but in taking one before work one morning I promptely mooned the Mayor when he stopped by the shop for some meeting and that was the end on my prescription drug usage.

Mrs. X you should try living in a third world country, or at least outside the US where you are getting poisoned by altered food. Mrs. X before I came to the US in October 2008 I was living in Nicaragua for a little bit over a year. I didn't used to do exercise at all. I used to eat all kind of greasy foods, pork, BBQ, everything and anything unhealthy. I used to drink lots of water and walk alot. I had a vehicle but didn't use it everyday, it was more a cultural thing trying to mix in with the locals, riding in taxis, etc. Then I was here in the US from October 08 to September 09, in that time I put up 25 pounds with the same lifestyle, also walking alot all the time when not going long distances.

Mrs. X now get this, once I left the country I lost 15 pounds almost right away or at least under three months. Doing nothing, same unhealthy lifestyle. Again walking alot. Now i'm back since late February and I haven't weight my self but I feel I have put them back on even though I'm trying to control it, going out jogging and limiting fast foods.

Mrs. X Americans are getting poisoned by the food corporations. It doesn't matter all the exercise you do if what we consume is altered. Mrs. X Americans are obsessed with their cars. Mrs. X I recommend Sint Maarten so the X Syndicate can live bet cricket all day long. Mrs. X I saw the whole 30 minute Insanity infomercial at the 4 in the morning the other day.

cocaine (2 month binge-23 yr old; quit cold turkey)

I like you Wal.

I think it's actually harder not to do drugs. Although this is coming from someone that loves drugs.

But really, I'm sure you've been in plenty of situations where they were there and were offered. Even if you weren't interested in doing them, there's always the guy that's like, "Awwwww, c'mon. Just do it" and then proceeds to make an issue out of it.

This probably has something to do with the parasites that you took in from drinking the same water that the locals bathe in. :moped:

My Lhasa Apso has a friend who brews his own GHB and he's tried the stuff twice. Not a big fan, although the ensuing sleep was the deepest and most satisfying he'd had in years.

There are eBay stores that sell the ingredients and mislabel them as cleaning products. Fascinating world, my Lhasa Apso comments. :hippie:
