The friend I'm going to visit works out at least an hour a day, and I suspect more like 2. I don't think she drinks anymore, much less does anything harder. I got an email yesterday saying something to the effect of get ready for a week of hard core working out, just kidding, and then, "not really".
So the likelihood of scoring some coke in between Bikram yoga, P90X and her newest passion the Insanity workout? It's very slim. She's...ummm....let's just say, extremely motivated.
*PS....I'm actually pretty interested in the Insanity workout. I think it will make me cry but, it doesn't require any equipment. It looks like really hard plyometrics every day.

We have one more week of P90X left. I'm not as happy with the results as I wanted to be but, we feel down a little the last month or so since we were traveling, and then sick for a week. Also, I didn't follow the diet, or any diet. I eat pretty well, but over time backslid and was drinking half of Mr. X's sodas and eating pizza when he ordered it. I mean, if you don't get it yourself, it doesn't count right? Mr. X has a metabolism that he can eat like that all day, every day and it really doesn't effect him. Me? I eat one piece of bread puff up like Mattyrain in the wild and get a headache. Wheat is pretty much my enemy in every sort of way.
This week I did alright save the vodka soda (viccodins don't count, I don't think they have any calories) and the two pieces of pizza I swiped off of Mr. X last night. Mostly it's been alot of raw fruits and vegetables. Today I'm making wheat free crackers. Seriously interesting stuff, I know. I bought a bag a Whole Foods and they were like eight bucks. The internet tells me that it's really easy to make your own crackers.
Reno Cool loves it when I get back on the food wagon. I eat alot of pancake type things made with a almond flour, rye flour or a garbanzo bean flour base. I always try to get him to eat them, and he always thinks they're gross. To be fair, alot of them are pretty gross.
