Cali not trying to be a dick, however I do take that as a compliment. I have never had food poisoning when I cook myself, however I have had food poisoning in various restaurants. Anything fast food, even if it is a sit down fast food place is prime. Kids making minimum wage not caring ..... There are so many ways for food to get contaminated, even cooking right and mishandling can cause problems. Probably the biggest in restaurants is contamination between raw and cooked foods. Utilizing utensils that have been in contact with raw foods then using them to serve cooked.
