they closed down the train tracks near it...... there used to be a quarter mile tunnel right outside of it. so I don't they are looking for any big shale exportation.......

but also there is a big train bridge that you can jump into the allegheny is only 5 mins from the falls...

I used to trap bats and fry them up in that abandoned train tunnel. I think you can still drive all the way through it. when you first enter from the kennderdall side, you can't see the opposite opening. but don't get worried, its just curved.


you can lose your virginity there as much as you want..... as long as you lie to the girl you are with.

don't go near dusk as the druggies and drinkers get there 1-2 hrs before sundown.

go during a weekday early afternoon and you have a paradise all to yourself

just google freedom falls and some of the surrounding cities, townships ect.


you'll see some beautiful pictures.

I can't wait to get back there....

but its one thing to keep a raging boner going under 62 degree cascading water with a stone jutting up your arse when you are 16...

I would never attempt to do it at age 33 though

I might return sometime and have a nice picnic where it is dry
