Dozer walks the company line and sings the corporate song but he does seem intelligent and he has a sense of humor.

SBR John pisses me off sometimes with his take on things but I don't know the guy personally and maybe he only plays an idiot online.

Bobby trips me out. He is funny in an awkwardly serious way.
 
yeah, i dont see that at all, durito... maybe in general, he is a goob, but in the gambling business, it sounds silly to call him clueless...i mean, yes, he isnt the best forum poster out there and has a bit of age on him so he isnt the most up-to-date guy around, but how do you all him clueless when he has done so much with with sbr? maybe i need a few examples and it would change my mind...
 
I think John got lucky with the SBR idea I think he tried like 12 other forum ideas all at the same time, according to his account. and SBR was the one that stuck. and he got into that forum idea during the right time and climate..... then he got the right guys to come up with ways to continue to move SBR forward.

yes he is clueless as a human, but so are many multi millionaires. He took more than a few long long shots and believed, and it worked out for him.

more of us need to trust in our innate abilities and gained talents and go for broke more often. Life is short
 
It's hard for me to say because I don't have much experience with enough different books out there to know what should be rated what. From a purely business standpoint what John has done makes sense but from an "impartial entity" I don't think it can be accurate when you accept and even rely on advertising dollars from the very books you are rating.

There are hordes of young, inexperienced, impressionable and naive, posters joining everyday who could be easily mislead or misinformed about some lesser books. Again I personally don't which books those might be but from what I have read some of the ratings on a few of the books are way off.
