I know people think like Daft and for various reasons. Maybe he didn't mean to stipulate "white" or "this kind of music" though. Maybe as a police officer he was merely trying to explain to everyone that there are noise ordinances and it bothers him to have to take time away from fighting real crime to write a citation for such a minor offense.

Probably one of the worst things about my job is that people are FASCINATED with this profession. It comes up in 80% of the conversations I'm involved in. It's REALLY tiring.
