On Friends And Love
When I was in college, I was madly in love with a man who simply did not love me back. I was like on drugs when I saw him. I pretended to smoke a cigarette when it was not even lit in reality and stuttered, making up crazy stories about myself to impress him. He eventually invited my best friend and me over to a sleepover. My friend did not want to go. She thought he was just pretty and not very smart (she just did not see what I saw, of course ;) ). We all cooked, had wine, and then my friend and I slept in his bed (he and his friend slept in the living room) after watching a movie on the couch. I still know what I wore that night and how he put his hand on my leg during the movie. His bed was positioned right under a huge window. We could see the stars! I was convinced this was some sign. So soon after that sleepover, I dramatically confessed my love and told him that I did not even care if he loved me back or not but that I could not live without telling him. This was one of the bravest moments of mine. I never felt more vulnerable in my life. I stood there, in front of him, and told him I could not be without him. It is funny how I barely remember him now. My friend was right. He was pretty but not very smart. I have not seen him in many years now, but my friend and I still grin when one of us brings up his name. She would say, "Emmi, do you remember how insane you were and how you freaked out around him? I have never seen a woman so out of control over some guy." and I would nod and say, "Yes, I know. I was crazy for him and today I don't even know why anymore."
 
i got a best friend and a handful of guys who im close enough with that i would be in their wedding and them in mine... lots of good misc. rif rafs as well... i like to be social, just dont get to be all the time.

anyone who asks is more than welcome to use my truck....it never gets driven unless...well, unless someone needs it to move something... but if you ask me to borrow my truck and me with it, i will gladly tell you to go fuck yourself with a smile on my face. this nigga aint part of 2 men and a truck...know what im sayin

It might seem sad to you buddy but yes you probably are at this stage of my life. Seriously my friend, it is all good too! :yes:

MrsM and I might bicker a lot but we are very tight! Too many acquaintances of ours seem to have blown their wad while we were thinking of our glory years. Feel bad for them but don't need to be around constant whining and all the problems.
