Tomato asks the Palazzo their limits on an NBA 2h total, they say $500. He bets it and when they print the ticket they give him a 0.5 point off the advertised line after a manager approval. Friends behind Tomato who bet $10 got an extra half point on the same side. Disingenuous book you should never step foot in.

Bally's will only take $500 on an NBA total for the game. Gotta be kidding me, isn't this supposed to be part of Caesars which is a big book?

Only 2 places not afraid of action are M Resort and Hilton and their lines don't present value.

Wow, the lowest total cap I have seen at a casino is Station with a $1000 cap on NBA totals. Even there, they will up the limit for you if you ask. just odd Bally's is so low. As far as the Palazzo goes, I know people that bet large there and never had that problem.

Here's a key to making larger bets in Vegas: Always... ALWAYS say the rotation number and the line. And check your ticket at the window.

I never make bets at Palazzo, but I've never had a problem like that at Venetian. Your concerns will soon be of no consequence though as in the coming months they will be another Cantor book (M Resort).

I'll assume you mean Harrah's. I honestly don't know why. They all either have their own individual sheets and risk tolerance or they want most of their sharper action placed at their hub (Caesars). Probably the latter since lines are shared.
