Used to use it to buy occasional things. Sweet little surround system for a hundy (can't wait to get that set up in the new digs actually )

Now there are more ads on there, and I got an email saying it's being bought out by Amazon or something so I can imagine it'll only get worse.

You can still pick your spots there, but RIP the old Woot, was pretty goot.

One item per day kind of thing, though hand picked and usually very well done. If it's something you want you can make out pretty good.

Periodically they have their "Woot-off" where they clean out the warehouse and offer a lot of things in the same day, everyone kind of freaks out. If you like surprises you can even buy a "random bag of crap" for a few bucks where they send you a random item, supposedly people have gotten some pretty good stuff from those dirt cheap...good luck getting in on that in time though...
