Windsor man jailed for cruelty after strapping condom on dog

Tyson, a three-year-old black Lab mix, had to be euthanized after an external infection spread internally to his abdomen and bladder.

poor dog's weiner looks like some strawberry flavored bachelorette candy treat......

I love animals.....

and out of tame animals I love dogs the most..... in fact I like just about any dog over 97% of humans i've ever met.....

I hope this guy gets brutalized in jail and has his junk tied up with rubber bands so that it falls off
