It seems like the only logical place for him to go to? Especially now that Donnie Walsh is no longer in charge. The Knicks have a Fort Knox like bank book (which that POS quiter Larry Brown once robbed) IMO Jackson has one last go round in him so come back home son!

Could you see him being able to say when it is all over having accomplished what he did in the 3 major markets like Chicago, LA, and NYC? Having Carmelo on the team could turn out to be the biggest challenge of the 3.

Can you believe that is Walt "Clyde" Frazier next to Phil at the Knicks rookie camp if anyone even remembers who he is?

Jackson was key contributor off the bench during the Knick's championship years. His nickname was Action Jackson! Opponents complained he had the sharpest elbows in the league! Looked like a real dork running up and the down the court but was a big fan fav who got the job done! Remember fondly those days as a kid!

basically PSU knows Brown likes to jump ship and move around quickly.

they were smart to not go with the big name hire.

if there was a way to handcuff him to stay at PSU for at least 6 years. I'm sure he'd do great and turn the program around. but for their kinda program, you are better off going with a young hungry unknown guy

I agree. They need to find the next Josh Pastner and THAT DOES NOT COUNT AS TALKING ABOUT ZONA BASKETBALL
