I think it all depends on the age of the girl. I am moving into dangerous territory with girls my age. I am 28, and the majority of girls around my age are thinking rings. I much prefer the girls a year or two out of college. That is my target zone at the moment.

majorly disagree. so many more reasons to have past lovers
reasons i am no longer seeing guys i have dated:
1) the sex wasn't good enough (main reason)
2) he wasn't cool enough/fun enough, or didnt get along with my friends
3) he wanted to be in a serious relationship too quickly
4) he was lacking a something that I needed for the relationship to work, or he had some irredeemable flaw. (ambition, or stability, or he lived with mom and dad, or he had mom issues)
5) i got bored.

There's probably some truth to that.

And also when a guy says "Oh man, this bitch is a total psycho and won't leave me alone" that typically means that things got serious too fast and he doesn't want to be exclusive but doesn't really know how to tell her in a way that would ruin his chances for possible sex with her again. Mixed signals are a very mean trick in the dating world.
