What ya get for Xmas?

My Mom got me a $100 Publix gift card and a bottle of Dolce & Gabana Light Blue.

Those were the only gifts I got for Christmas. True story. This was easily the most depressing Christmas ever and it had very little to do with the lack of gifts I got.

Mom's always come through in the clutch.
 
I was really stressing this year that I didn't want people to spend much on me.

So apart from the very nice dinner - which is a fair effort and expense which should not be overlooked - I got a set of sheets that I asked for, and a couple of $20 gift cards (Subway and Staples I think ???)

My girlfriend made me a big bucket of super-deluxe cookies.

Also my parents will be taking us out for a nice dinner at the Black Angus Steak House on New Year's Eve which is all kinda part of the deal.

how much better is the blue ray player than normal dvd? is it better to watch a movie in a theater or on a bluray?

100Xs better than a DVD IMO, I havent been to a theater in at least 15 yrs so dont know about that.
I watched some of Inception the other night but fell asleep, the special effects were cool but the story didnt really hold my attention.
I'll try to watch it again.

Good question. It's tiny. I thought at first it was the size of a Tonka truck - because I saw a pic like that with no perspective - but it's actually pretty small.

It's adorable.
