So..I went out on first date with internet chick at my local cheezy semi-club bar. I take dates there sometime for the extended 2-4-1 happy hour. There are 3 stories, and we were on the rooftop. Had the whole roof to ourselves just chatting and drink beers. Out of nowhere, 3 big thug-like black dudes come up. We heard them coming up the stairs, because they were being all loud, drunk, and rapping and shit. Out of the entire roof they sat right next to us. It was obvious that they were like, 'haha lets clown on this little date going on here'. Guys kept interrupting us, and one was like eating food and getting all close to me in an attempt to try and make me nervous or something. I was trying to be friendly and kind of laugh it off, same with the girl. At one point she was like ok guys, thats enough.

We went downstairs, and I offered another drink but she was like I gotta go home and wake up early. Not sure if she thought I got punk'd or whatever? I meet be overanalyzing the situation, but it kind of seemed like that...Not really sure what else I could have done. Figured its not a good idea to do tough act and/or make a scene on a first date. But maybe she would have been impressed by that? It was 3 big drunk gangsta black dudes..they prob would have loved for me to try and act tough so they could REALLY punk me..


What would you do?

I would have left immediately. I've seen too many of those you gonna get raped photos on the interwebz.
Seriously though I would have just left and not waited until my date spoke up for me.

Well if I just got up and left, that would have been awkward. It would have been like "I'm scared of these black guys, let's get out of here quick!"...

Was trying to play it cool.

So it was an ego thing? I don't think it's anymore awkward than sitting there while these bums harass you until it bothers your date. At that point it's a shitty situation but I would just leave to spend time on her to see if we did/can connect despite what happened. At worst it sets you up for night cap bang if she's horny instead of sitting at a bar alone when she leaves.

Assuming girls fukk on the first date?
 
I would've noticed some clowns coming upstairs and taken that as a hint it's time to move. Part of the dating game is changing locations and making her feel special in those locations. Mention something like well happy hour is almost over let's go load up downstairs. Or Man it's getting cold up her let's go get cozy downstairs.

I've been jumped three times by groups of 3+ african american males. It's not a cat and mouse game anymore in those situations for me.
