Without hesitation I would say a CNA in an elder care environment. Horrible job and horrible money. I don't know what the answer there is, but I bet there would be fewer cases of elder abuse if they paid their people a decent wage. I could never do it.
It's a horrible job to begin with..and then add the fact that the few people to whom you might become close to and cause you joy will probably die within a year...tough job.
