What is the status of PM's?

Somewhere along the line I got the idea they were active. Did I actually receive one at some point? I thought so. But there is nothing in my inbox so maybe my memory is playing tricks. But I do have an inbox. It looks like a normal active PM mailbox in there.

However I just tried to send one to a regular member and was denied.

I am rambling. What is the status of PM's?

PM's doesn't exist here....... apparently bateman wants them to book bets...... RJ and polaroid said No F'n Way.....
