Western Union Issue

Has anyone ever sent a Western Union, where the book couldn't pick it up because it was unavailable, even though WU is saying it has been available? The book is telling me to check the store I sent it from, which I did, and I also checked with WU. All the info is the same. Is this the book just not wanting to say their processors are down.

I sent it yesterday afternoon, and I really dont feel like trekking back to the store to cancel it.

I had a big day planned of sitting on my coach and drinking.

I don't know what to make of it. I have never had that exact situation that I recall.

I have many times had problems with a receiver name being spelled not exactly right. That will gum things up every time. That is always my first suspicion.

Beyond that, I really don't know. I guess if you cancel the thing, they keep the service charge?

My deposit just got credited at the book, not sure what happened yesterday, but didn't really spend much time looking into because I had other things going on, plus the deposit was going to one of the more reliable books in my opinion. Called them back today and said all the info was correct, and it was credited 30 minutes later. my guess is the book had a processor issue or one of the clerks submitted the info wrong. Who the hell knows. Such a pain in the ass to fund a book as an American.

damn i forgot to post this yesterday, but some might still get a kick out of it... i was at the local kroger grocery store yesterday around lunch time and as im walking out, i notice there is quite a long line at the customer service counter and out of about 15 people or so, 5 or 6 had on Arkansas Razorback clothing of some sort.... fucking love to see people scrambling at the last minute to get some money down on a play!

A while back, I heard two black dudes talk about depositing to get a play on the Hurricanes, they were waiting in a WU line.
