weather and baseball totals?

any baseball gurus out there?
tonights Braves game being played in ATL.
been having showers here all day ( about 3hrs south of the stadium) with looks like the same moving through ATL.
does having rain during the game favor an under?
what about rain delays, would that favor an under?

The effect of rain on totals is pretty much negligible.
Statistically it actually increases scores by around 0.03 runs per game, although sample size is too small to be conclusive.

Don't know about rain delays.
