I did the noble deed and Wikipediaed it and yes, the Mongols got there first but naturally it originated in it's modern form via Hamburg. I also clicked on the history of the cheeseburger (must be a slow night) - can anyone guess which country discovered the cheeseburger, essentially a hamburger but laden with a ton of extra calories for no apparent reason aside from adding a ton of extra calories?

Never tried it, it's a Korean drink right? If it's like Ouzo is to the Greeks then leave me out of it.

Yeah Korean, try it out. Don't know about Ouzo.

Ouzo is sort of like Sambuca, as in both aniseed based. Drink it and you feel real nasty the day after, sells for $1 a gallon in Greece.

The only aniseed based drink I do is Aguardiente and with salt and lemon with every shot. Preferably eating pomonha too.
