Totally disagree. I have watched every UNLV game this year in their entirety and they are nowhere near as talented compared to San Diego State physically or mentally. The team is so streaky, it' scary. BYU is still the cream of the crop without Davies but this tourney belongs to San Diego State.

And look how that turned out..lol. Tomato, UNLV ALL year long have been inflated line wise. I am very in key with this team, and they not only play down to their opponents, but when they do win (and cover) it's because they are lights out from the 3's. Not a smart basketball team.

Yes, all the teams in the conference have a chance of winning..lol. UNLV CAN win it, but I highly doubt they beat San Diego or a BYU team that I think may coast to the NCAA's.

That's not uncharacteristic of UNLV. They are a very inconsistent perimeter shooting team.

That proves my point. UNLV is a poorly run offensive team. They take MANY three's they don't NEED to take. Keep in mind that San Diego can't shoot free throws. If UNLV had played a better free throw shooting team that game, they would have lost by 13.

Many teams that are essentially in the NCAA tourney already don't take their conference tournaments seriously. Some will even rest players. SDSU nor BYU need the tourney. Teams like CSU and New Mexico might need to win it to get into it.
