Okay so he's required to speak English when no translator is present. That seems fair. Get a fucking translator in there then. The guy shouldn't have to answer the French media in English. French coaches are always 150% courteous with the media, accomodating them in both languages, even when their French starts slipping after living for decades in a 90% English-speaking environment.
