When I woke up this morning and passed by the laptop I just shook my head in disgust.

Doesn't really feel like Christmas down here. The cold and snow are brutal for the entire winter up North, but for Christmas is doesn't matter how cold it is, it doesn't bother me. Every year that I've returned to Ohio for Christmas, getting off the plane or driving into the colder weather it just feels like Christmas again. This will be my first Christmas in 30 years not spent at home in Ohio and I'm pretty disappointed that I won't be able to make it. Last year was the first year that my step-children saw snow and they absolutely loved it, but will probably have to wait until next year to make the trip again.
