The first explosion happened around 11:30 p.m. and registered as a magnitude 2.3 earthquake, according to the China Earthquake Administration.

The second blast, 30 seconds later, was even more powerful. It was measured at magnitude 2.9, roughly the equivalent of 21 tons of TNT.

So that's what 21 tons looks like! Weird that not much mention globally news wise! Chinese keeping it quiet I guess! Read where police immediately arrested owners of the facility and people as far away as Beijing are wearing masks thinking possible toxic fallout!

I see now the problem. Safari don't play nice with .webm video files, .mp4 plays fine, I didn't know that.
