Not a fan of "burials" myself.

I have seen so much of it. I've buried people in the past. Complete idiots who totally deserved it (which is not the case in the examples here). Whatever, I feel no pleasure about it now. Just embarrassed.

Nowadays when I see it, I skim over it if not skip it completely.

Not saying I don't want burials to happen. Experience has shown me that I am probably in the minority and many people really enjoy observing that stuff - and I like my friends to be enjoying themselves. I have no illusions that the phenomenon is going to disappear. But I myself will pass.

I am an excellent candidate for burial BTW. I generally take it as a compliment. The burier can feel good about whatever they are telling themselves. The hordes can be entertained.

That is the one big problem for wannabe buriers to come. It's kind of like playing center for the Edmonton Oilers. You can be quite good, but there will always be that other guy.
