Why yall didn't post about this. Some of us have no idea what's happening out there in the mainstream.
"i knew something was wrong when a pretty little white girl ran to a black man's arms" "dead give away"
Three young women from Cleveland, Ohio Georgina "Gina" DeJesus, Amanda Berry, and Michelle Knight had been missing for between nine and eleven years when they were found alive on May 6, 2013. They were freed from a house owned by Ariel Castro, the suspect in their disappearances, 3 miles (4.8 km) from where they had disappeared. A six-year-old daughter of Amanda Berry, conceived and born in captivity, also escaped.
Knight disappeared in 2002 at age 21, Berry in 2003 at age 16, and DeJesus in 2004 at age 14. While confined, the women had multiple pregnancies, at least one live birth (Berry's daughter), and multiple miscarriages. Police said the women were sometimes bound with chains and rope.
Ariel Castro was arrested on May 6, 2013, shortly after the women escaped.[7] On May 8, Castro was charged with four counts of kidnapping and three counts of rape. The story received front page coverage worldwide.
