Thanksgiving and Wal's Thankful

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and while its not really a huge holiday for me I am surprisingly in a good mood about it and life in general right now. I do have a few specific things to be thankful for this year though. My mom underwent cancer surgery a little over a week ago and they removed her kidney. The doctors have said they got it all and see no signs that there is anything else so first and absolutely most of all I am most thankful for that.

On a seriously lower scale in terms of relativity I am also thankful for you guys and GameLive ( with the exception of the parasite Herman) and for being who and what you and this place is. I am thankful that this year I got to meet a few of you and hope that in the year coming I will manage to meet even more of you. I am thankful that Robyn came to her senses and doesnt hate me so much anymore. I am thankful that Teela has continued to resist me cause it will only make it that much more rewarding when IT finally happens. I am thankful for guys like Muddy, Durito, Pavy, MrX, MonkeyFocker, PuckOff and P-Roid for being patient with me and attempting to help me learn more about this thing we do. I am thankful for guys like Bread, Kato, Fischy, RayRay and Mr.Monkey for keeping the entertainment side of things at a usually high level. I am thankful for Nina for simply being Nina and Mr.X even though we have very little in common or involvement with one another. Im even thankful for Steve/s even though I dont have a clue whats going on there most of the time. I am thankful for RogueScholar for adding his own brand of special to the GameLive experience. I am thankful for the special relationship and scary friendship I am developing with Plommer. I am thankful that things with Matty have resolved themselves to the point that if I ever do actually headbutt him it will not be the "Deathbutt" I originally intended it to be. I am thankful for RogueJuror for providing his time and devotion to making GameLive the special place it is.

I love you guys in that warm sweet internet personal kind of way. Well except Herman that is.
 
I am thankful for American Thanksgiving because it postpones Americans thinking about Christmas. I have already been experiencing some unwelcome Christmas gaiety up here, but at least the American media hasn't been adding to it.

More than anything, I am thankful on American Thanksgiving for the extra little infusion of NFL betting on a Thursday. All cynicism aside, that is nice.

There is no getting around the fact that I didn't list everyone and some more than others should be listed. I knew there were some omissions but seriously unless you have the roster in front of you there will generally always be a few.

Coug's obviously since I first joined SBR you were one of my boys so yes I am and will remain thankful for you. FreeFall, I haven't figured you out yet. Not sure if you are trying to help me learn the math or just throwing it in my face that I don't know it. PattyFugginVenditto, I am even thankful for you and your' ballsy bravato personality. Patty don't get it twisted though, you are on thin ice, it wouldn't take much to have you placed where Herman is. AcidJoe was also left out of the original post but that isn't because I am not thankful for him just figured he didn't much care for the mushy stuff. FiveTeamer was left off the list because Fiver isn't someone I have had much dealing with. I should have included RJT because I am SOOOOOOOOOO very thankful for him assuming he had an automatic win this past week in Fantasy Football that he didn't put his best effort into his team an enabled me to get over .500.

I will also be thankful if this thread manages to run it's course without any male genitals being on display.
