Day 7 of having to access the fabulous World Wide Web, aka the Interwebs, through my Moto Android. Tethered at 2.4 mbps and interrupted every time I receive a call or email. Poker games crashed and no access to MLB.tv have been a few highlights of the last week. Comcast sent somebody to fix it on Tuesday but were unable to rectify the situation. He didn't route the problem through the proper channels and so we were set back a few more days. The 2nd tier have yet to set up an appointment to attempt the fix. I still have the majority of the tv stations but the local channels are completely fuzzed out. If I didn't have the ability to tether through my Droid I would have flipped out by now. Its really getting annoying now without a firm fix in the near future.

Not an attorney but seems that if services aren't being supplied and there is any upset in your standard of living due to the association your condo group has with this particular carrier it would be a breach of contract and allow you access to opt out penalty free.

Still without Internet service and still have not had a second person come out to fix the situation. I have called customer service every day since the day they were supposed to call me back. They always tell me somebody will call me back and I have yet to receive a call. I still can not watch mlb.tv and still get interrupted when I receive calls (none of which are from Comcast) on my phone.

Get on their ass baseball.
1. Call and ask for a manager.
2. Aside from a bigger problem, try using a splitter if you have one.(connection problems are commonly caused by too much signal or too little- a splitter can help with signal that is too high.)
3. If you can't get anyone out this weekend ask for a discount on your bill.

The tech talked about having to drill a hole on every floor from me on the 7th floor down to bottom to find the problem. Not sure if a splitter would work or not. They will discount bill starting from date of service outage.

I have tried talking to management but they are blaming it on having to outsource this type of service to an authorized Comcast company.

i hate this... pussies, balming on outsourcing...fuck them

Comcast Technician is here right now. Not the person that needs to be here, but another technician. Lets see how this goes. I predict, "we are going to have to send somebody else out to do this. It is beyond my scope."

I know what you are thinking bread, I feel way too good on this Sunday to strike like Omar Thorton.

Him:The line is bad.
Me: I know that.
Him: Somebody else will have to come out to fix it, I will call my supervisor
Me: That's what the other guy said.
Him: Here is my phone number and my supervisor's number so if it doesn't happen you can call us directly.
Me: Thanks for taking the responsibility, first person so far to do that.
Him: Should be out in a couple of days to fix the problem.

Lets hope there is an end in sight.

30 minutes from now in a bar

Him: That guy was easy.
Co-Worker: Thought you weren't going to make it?
Him: Told him another guy had to come out to fix it.
Co-Worker: That line works every time.
Him: Yea, but the last guy used that on him already.
Co-Worker: And you still got out of there without fixing it.
Him: These people are like sheep.
Co-Worker LOL
