well, depends on whats fucked up in there... if its a rotator cuff issue, yeah, the cortisone is the way to go...

if its joint/tendinitis related, some guys will pin a small dose of Deca or its faster acting brother, NPP (very common steroids) ... for most, it increases synovial fluid and gives a "lubed" feeling to joints... its known to produce collagen synthesis and forces tissue to hold more water...even if im taking a very small amount, just for joints, i can automatically tell when i stop taking it ... it does wonders for me ...

the problem with taking deca or npp, even at very small doses for pain, is that you need to run testosterone with it... you can mix the test in the same shot with either and you will still be taking 2 shots a week, but its getting into something that you might not be interested in pursuing
 
Is that ehh ...illegal?

Shoulder held up well last year for about 6 months then pain set in with chest workouts and then trickled down to where on dumbell curls I was doing 12 with one arm and only 6 with the other, so I just stopped.
 
in english, the stronger you get, the more your muscle begins to overpower your joints...

you can go to any mens health center or one of those clinics that gives B12/lipo type of shots and get a testosterone shot for like $20 ..they give you 1 a week... nothing illegal about it...

the other, yeah, its illegal...but if you arent afraid to give yourself a shot, its no biggie... ordering is easy with secured email addys ... send money wu/mg and receive products inside of a week... securely boxed in a 2day express mail box and labeled with some dummy corp. label... i use 3-4 different sources without an issue...

What's wrong with your shoulder HP? I've had two cortisone shots in shoulder in the last year.. still no way I could do upper body work...I'm about to go in for a third...it at least lets me sleep thru the night. ...well, if I could sleep thru the night.
 
right shoulder def has rotator cuff issues...used to come out of socket frequently. Now I am older and smarter about my movements. No problems with it when lifting. Left one...idk..it's just tired..old man has bad shoulders..gave them to me. Bad joints.
I am gonna try a cortisone shot first...then we may have to talk if that don't work ray.
 
I was doing SO well working out and I have let up for like a week.

I am in this with you Houser. 57 pushups last night but one set is shit.

Weights and pushups tonight or I punt peanut three galaxies over.

Dammit.
