I'm on to my 6th beer. Ate 2 hot dogs and a steak along with some chips and guacamole. The Indy Eleven van of hardcore fans parked next to us. Drove down all the way from Indy. No fights broke out yet but if they don't tone down their chanting they will be looking for some new tires after the game.

It's a gorgeous day for tailgating. 70 degrees, sunshine and minor league soccer. What else could a guy ask for!

Go Silverbacks! Lets kick some Indy butt tonight!

I didn't know the US had a minor league system. Is it affiliated with the big boys?

It's called North American Soccer League. I don't think they are affiliated with MLS teams but they play against them in Cup play..like the FA Cup in England if you are familiar with that format.

For example the Montreal and Orlando MLS teams were NASL teams before they became MLS.
