Yeah. It was +3 and +3.5 at multiple places here and +4.5 at Stratosphere momentarily. 
I actually went there because I saw +4, but it moved to +4.5 when I got up to the window.

NCAAF and NCAAB Saturdays can be pretty hectic. I do my line shopping via my iPhone. It's really not as hard as it seems. Most books have at least one location with quick access via the parking garage/lot. Sometimes getting downtown if I'm on the strip or vice versa is a pain in the ass though.
