Muddy tracks can be tricky but Exaggerator looked good in the Derby and might have won the Preakness more than Nyquist losing it! Longer Belmont makes him the fav there!

Very interested in OKC/GS and hoping KD/Russ and boys win the series! Happy and surprised the Raptors won yesterday! That being said, didn't watch a second of it! Lol!

MrsM does the cooking and handles that and regret we didn't have any GRAVY in the freezer when RJ was over so he could have sampled her Italian cooking! As you should know also Casp, it's all in the gravy when it comes to excellent Italian food!

Eliza is insane. She is (or was) dating Rick Fox, the ex Laker and Celtic. Agreed, the gravy makes all the difference. My GF gets upset when I try to put my own spin on it. She tells me to keep it simple.

Much like life, the less complicated, the better.

Make sure to brown your meatballs until they are firm. You do not want undercooked meatballs in your gravy or it will become a ragu.
 
I have some leftover roast chicken. I think I am going to have to use a package of gravy and make a hot chicken sandwich..
