Look at his site, it's awful.
www.kentsteffes.com
Does not pay proper tribute to his legendary accomplishments and the fact that he was one of the most accomplished athletes of the 1990s.
Just sent this:
"Hello Kent.
I want to introduce myself. I am a 34 year old Web Design student. I have been in real estate for the past 10 years and am taking on a new career.
The reason I am writing you is that as an A level beach volleyball player in New Jersey for many years you were one of the icons we all looked up to. Your game and your accomplishments remain legendary.
When I went on your website, as beautiful as your family is, I noticed that your site, in my opinion, could use a massive overhaul. It does very little creedance to the icon that you were in the 1990's and the fact that you were one of the most accomplished athletes of the decade, whether ESPN and the mainstream media agrees with that.
I would like to see what I can do for you for no charge. I am getting my Web Design certificate after this semester and have been looking for people to provide a service for to develop a portfolio myself. From the looks of things you would be a perfect candidate. Either way I thank you for your abundance of contributions to the volleyball community, and I hope to possibly work with you.
Thank you.
-Steve"
I'm not optimistic, but you never know. Long live the great Kent Steffes.
