What will the result be?

Here's the skinny - I bought my Dad this Cleaver for about $30 on the 14th and paid $15+ for expidited shipping, and here we are at Father's Day and it hasn't shipped yet.

The heated email exchange has begun:

This was supposed to be there by today, Father's Day.

What the heck is the holdup?

You should refund my shipping charge for this holdup this is ridiculous and I am going to leave you bad feedback.

I really don't consider this acceptable as I should have been made aware that this was going to be late either at the time of sale or shortly thereafter. It is quite obvious this was intended to be a Father's Day gift - that's why I spent the extra money to have it shipped in time for that, which your lack of communication negated.

Let me know what you want to do to make me feel better about this, otherwise you can count on me making my views about my experience with you abundantly clear to other users and I will kill you and your family.
