They made the mistake of having the website's registrar be an American company. That's all the US(anybody) could do, just cease the domain. Can't prosecute them and cannot get their host/ISP to shut them down.
Lesson learned, used Euro based registrars people.

same hapened with TVShack...
sometimes I log in and get a screen saying its ben seized by the feds, then reload and its fine???
quit going there though cause of all the viruses
