Really? What is the history on Philly/Chicago games going over/under totals? Seem to remember it's fairly solid unders. Not that that means anything really, but Cubs have been HORRIBLE against Hamels...wind blowing from the west 10 MPH steady all day. That won't help hitters much. About 6 balls died on the warning track yesterday and the wind wasn't really a factor. On it small anyway so I must not be too confident.
