So, today apparently was not Father's day in Colombia

They moved it to next Sunday, because of today's election. Only no one told me. I spent the day with the family and thought it was in fact father's day until 6pm when I found out otherwise.

How do you move a holiday? This was done this week, not months ago. We celebrated a bit anyway I suppose and I guess we get to celebrate again next week. Which is great because I don't see enough of my daughter, but man this place really throws me for a loop sometimes. I even went to church this morning.

Not that I've noticed before. They do have more national holiday's than any other country and nobody knows what any of them are, just that it's another day off. Not that I get any days off.
