We used to do it at Covers 8 years ago so I know it's not a question of being too technically advanced.
You could post a smiley of a guy holding a sign - but you could make the sign say whatever you want. You could type in what was going to be on the sign.
Like GOOD THREAD was a pretty common one.
It wasn't an actual Covers smiley. Someone just knew a code to do it and it spread around and became part of some people's repertoires.
I guess the next question would be what kind of expression should the sign holder have. There are variations to that.
It would be nice if you could actually choose which guy you want then put what you want on his sign. Maybe I am getting carried away now.
