A very poignant documentary on the garment industry in NYC. It details the rise and fall of the industry in the Schmatta district in the city. This is an excellent movie and a must see for people who might question my stance on people and "pawns" of society. Not only is it an introspective into the garment industry but it can be applied to consumerism as a whole. It paints a bright picture of how our economy has degenerated and how that, if things continue on their present course, there isn't much hope for our future. It is certainly a wakeup call and an excellent movie for those of you who may be interested.
