Straight Wager 08/01/10 12:17 ET
bet 500.00 to win 300.00 Result: Wager Lost
FCRostov(RussiaPr) 1
LokomotivMoscow(RussiaPr) 0 08/01/10(13:00 ET)
LokomotivMoscow(RussiaPr) -166

ah, that should pay $301.20

Straight Wager 07/31/10 17:31 ET
bet 692.31 to win 450.00 (paid 1142.31) Result: Wager Won
Estudiantes 2
Monterrey 3 07/31/10(20:00 ET)
Monterrey -153

That should risk $688.5 to pay $450 or pay $692.31

Stealing a couple dollars off every bet can sure add up.

durito it is common to round up and down among the lesser sports book. There was one book I did deal with that everything was to the penny, when the new owners took over everything was rounded down. If it didn't land exactly on an even bet say bet 11 to win 10 you were good, bet 15 (as they wouldn't let you bet 15.30 on a -153) it would be bet 15 to win 9..... 15 should pay 9.80. I am sure it adds up quickly in their pockets. In my case I had 94 cents in the account which basically was given to them as I couldn't bet it nor could I withdraw it (all withdrawals had to be even dollars no cents).

Yes it adds up for the C- class book and less.

how do they get to $692.31 then? that's not really rounding up from $688.5

cris used to round and steal the cents on every bet, some places (jazz) still do. but sb uses cents, if i put in risk 16 on cards -159 I get 10.06 to win 10 they put 15.9
