It is crazy, Vick was convicted and spent a couple of years in the Pen, while Mr. Drink like a Champion barely got away with banging a nearly pased out chick in the bathroom. We don't knoe the details yet, but I bet old Frankenburger was lucky as hell not to be up on rape charges. He will plead it down, and be back right after game 4 in time to practice during the bye week and start week 6. It is almost comical the way the NFL writes these scenarios.
