Beloved former Cubbie 3rd basemen and Radio Color Man, Ron Santo passed away Thursday at the age of 70.

you will be missed Ronnie.... Hopefully this will expedite your entry into the Hall of Fame.

I will miss listening to him on the radio. Lots of people hated him for being such a homer, but he was more than a homer, he was a fan. If the Cubs went down so did Ronnie. He was a big personality and brought a lot of joy to a lot of people, mostly Cub fans who cringed every time he did.

Here's to you Ronnie

Unfortunately part of the 1969 collapse. Remember that team well rooting them on and always hoping one day they could win a WS.

2nd base Glenn Beckett one of my favs players growing up. Team had Don Kessinger, Ernie Banks, Fergie Jenkins, Billy Williams, ........... RIP Ronnie!
