The lady is great and I pay $375 for this cozy little house. We had discussed me moving out prematurely because originally me and the ex were possibly working it out with left with Swoop and Take (and I have NO complaints).

I imagine the first part is to tell her abotu the situation, then place an ad, hold interviews etc. etc.
