Poll: Should GLPPOTD be back? In which format?

I personally enjoyed it the way it originally was and found it to be the most constructive for many reasons.

Where as I see how the revised format (picker picking from picks others find) had the upside of involving more people posting picks I didn't agree with it when compared to the original version.

Do you think it should be back the original way, and revised way, a further revised way, or not at all? All serious opinion welcome.

hey, the person who's day it is doesn't have to agree with Bread's picks. Not once has Bread been responsible for the final pick. If Bread posts a pick there and you use it.....that's on you. Just ignore the oaf and we'll start cashing in some winners!

Swarmy, only playing with the DoughBoy. He can pick them just as well as the next guy. Like to see it come back again but just doesn't seem like enough support. I would do it with just 5 of us but the purpose of it was to rally the troops together, but hasn't done that well of a job of it?

I'm open to whatever the majority of posters want to do. Like you I really enjoyed RJ's soccer pick that we watched with the live feed he gave us. Couldn't understand a dam word, but I knew the color jersey we were rooting for.

I think it was a pretty creative idea. I like how the best bet standings decide who picks. And in general the notion of a community play is kind of fun.

No matter what you do if only playing 1 pick a day you can count on long losing streaks. It's unavoidable. Just don't try too hard

Yes, we should bring it back.
I am not too fussed about the format but voted for "A new format". My thought is that the picker should just make and announce the play.
