I don't think its the thoughts its waiting. Waiting sucks. being bored etc. I'm alone with my thoughts by the pool, pretty happy. I also seem to get good thoughts while riding bicycle. But if forced to sit in an empty room for 15 minutes and do nothing, doesn't sound fun.

Way back in the day, when I was a poker prop, I worked with a guy who could just fold his arms and look vaguely up at a corner of the poker room for hours. It was spooky.

I quit when they told us we couldn't read while we weren't playing. I lack in sitting quietly with my thoughts ability.
