Had to double post, because I need the honesty this board will give. I know I have to work on some of my breathing while singing. Robyn, maybe you can help me there.

Money

I went away
I took my time
I left it all up to you
And it's clear everything aint alright

I took the blame
I hit my mind
I pulled the curtains down low
So I can't see outside

And I feel like this every day
Gonna break my back for a little bit of money
Life aint black and white, it's gray
Gonna break your neck for a little bit of money
(X2)

She don't care about you
She only wants what she wants now
Now that the times have changed
Words once clear are rearranged
And I don't think, and I don't know
I'm not ready to let you go away

And I feel like this every day
Gonna break my back for a little bit of money
Life aint black and white it's gray
Gonna break your neck for a little bit of money

Life like love will fade away
Gonna break this down for all you sinners
Life aint black and white it's gray
Gonna break your neck for a little bit of money

Needs more beard. And your style is soooo asking for a chugga-chugga-chugga type of distorted electric guitar. Get yourself some beat-up Yamaha Pacifica off Craigslist and a pirated copy of Guitar Rig 4. Total investment - about $150.

I liked it otherwise. I dunno what else to say.

Brock Landers said it was too wordy.

I do want to buy another electric, but gonna wait until I am in a condo or house so I can use it freely.

Also, distorted guitar with just vocals sounds bad, thus the acoustic setup.

What is Guitar Rig exactly?

Guitar Rig is a collection of (simulated) amplifiers and effect pedals - the technology behind it has become so advanced that many pros record albums with that shit instead of hauling their amps to the studio.

You do need some kind of dongle/interface to plug your guitar into - I got a cheap-ass M-Audio JamLab ($50) that works perfectly. Basically you plug the dongle into a USB port, then your guitar into the dongle's input jack, and assuming that you got half-decent computer speakers you just got yourself for $100k's worth of electric guitar equipment. Insanity.

You can also manufacture your own drum lines with some other software that Native Instruments produces. I forget the name.
