Lol. I remeber when I though libertarians were real.

We have them now in the US (its called the Tea Party) and all the people who pined for fiacal conservatism with social non-involvement claim that they never supported those ideals. I guess they all really DID like partisan politics.

Being used as a revenue tool. Sounds like she's for lower taxes. I can get behind that... just wait till she realizes that means a budget cut somewhere (schools? Cops? Thrash collection?).. Oh well.. free entrees for all!!!

Look at that smile.

Deluxe to say the least.

I don't vote. I haven't voted in any election in decades. If I was voting this time though, I kind of like our local Conservative candidate. She has a 7 syllable last name. Most campaign signs are just, bleah, another campaign sign. But hers are a thing.

Thiantafilopolous, I believe it is. First name Effie. Possibly short for Iphagenea.

Iphagenea Thiantafilopolous.

I can't ignore that.

All joshing aside, if I was voting, I would place a lot of weight on environmental issues. Like way more than any of the candidates actually talk about it. Pretty sure I would end up voting for fringe parties if I really did my homework on that basis. Green Party or some shit.

The big parties aren't taking any bold stands on that stuff. Mostly they want to talk about money and business but I don't care about that very much.

Tell me what you want to do about global warming if you want my vote. Except I don't vote.

The Tea Party is not libertarian; some of the fiscal ideas overlap but the Tea Party is basically just a synonym of "neocon" now.

I'll claim to be one of those Tea Party people.
