Poor Marc Emery. He has a french name and now he is headed to a prison in the U.S. just for selling pot seeds.

WTF is wrong with you crazy Americans? Don't get me wrong I do like most Americans, but your laws have to be the most fucked up laws in the world when it comes to minor crimes like selling pot seeds and smoking/possession of marijuana.

I think it's time for some of you fine folks to move to Canada.

I've only ever grown cannabis strains that were created in Canada, and the germination rate is much better than the few seeds I've tried from Amsterdam. It just makes more sense, especially with the outdoor strains, to select ones that were bred in similar conditions to your own. Sadly I never bought seeds from Marc, but I respect his intentions and pray for his safe return to Canada. I don't know how Canadians can justify this extradition, it reeks to high heaven.

This is where I get my seeds, I've never had an order intercepted or even opened for examination. They're just awesome people all-around.

yes, Pot is illegal. having a baggie with residue will get you arrested. But both alcohol and cigarettes are legal. Why?? The govt can't tax a plant that you grow in your house and use for recreation. If they can't tax and make money on it, they will spend billions on making it illegal. Welcome to America.

Right, and thankfully this shows that American citizens are not the problem, the problem is the US federal government and the big businesses that influence it.

Many Americans have this shit figured out, sadly there is not much anyone can do, the US government is a big bad machine that will take out anything that gets in its way.
