I thought I had that ..... I've been looking through my files and can't find it. Based on the regular season I don't believe it would be very high due to the disparity between a lot of the teams. At tourney time I think it would go up since the teams are closer in strength. If I find it durito I will post.

OK here you go durito. The way I keep my stats is a little convulted but here goes.

Over time games 153 went over the total 44 stayed under the total

for 197 overtime games.

Non overtime games 1452 went over the total 1646 went under the total

3098 Non over time games

There approx 5.98 % went to OT this season.

That is the season to date.

to the best of my knowledge there has only been two Championship games go into OT in the last 20 years.....

Arizona KY in 1997 and Michigan Seaton Hall in 1989.
