The idea of seminal retention has been around since our ancestors and has been 'bro science' for professional athletes ie boxers, fighters, for generations.

No fap has also been linked with extra vitality, increase in life expectancy and better overall health (apparently).

It all seems like the product of over-thinking to me. Fapping feels good. It's natural. I don't see how it can be anything but healthy. If nothing else it's a bit of exercise.

I'm sure it can be overdone - and you shouldn't go all Louis C.K. with it - but man, there is so much misery in this world. I feel like we should be able to get our small pleasures where we can.

Same crap with leg day. Do it because your legs look stupid when you only train your upper body. Or do it because mentally it motivates you. But that doesn't mean for a second that the test boost you get from massive quads is measurably contributing to overall gainz, because its not.

Bro, it's been well known for a long time that squats and deadlifts ie leg workouts produce the greatest amount of testosterone for your body. Personally, legs are the most developed part of entire body and the part of the body that's easiest to make gains.

As for seminal retention and how that relates to increased testosterone, it's not just about the testosterone in your blood. Long story short, when abstaining your brain is able to utitilize the testosterone you have in a more efficient way. You might not always have more testosterone. Even if it drops back to baseline for example, but the effects of it will be amplified cause you are not numbing the testosterone receptors you have.
