I agree about Indy, they have some players gleaned from the CFL that are super-stoked to get a chance to play in Toronto. I'm sure the Canadian fans will mostly root for Buffalo, but that doesn't equal home field advantage in my book and this game should be a pick-em. Indy +180 all the way.
New England isn't playing but three, possibly four defensive starters at all tonight. They've also been practicing all week in Atlanta with the Falcons for reasons I don't claim to understand. Considering New England is probably going to give up 24+ points in the process of evaluating their reserves all night and Atlanta has had a week to watch them run plays, I like the OVER 37 in this particular matchup more than either side. Brady is still going to play two offensive series with the starters so that should be worth the same 10 points that it was last week, and there's always garbage scoring at the end of these things.
