I was in an altercation with a clown that was giving my girl problems at a local club. We got into it and the pigs came by. Three of them were very aggressive with me and I knocked one of them out and to the ground. I was charged with resisting, assault on an officer and then they charged me with a DUI. My attorney is still working on getting the charges dismissed and expunged… I shouldn’t have told you this much…

ARD in PA is a decent program. Ive been through it for three non-violent misdemeanors in 2004. Not sure if the resisting charge will be eligible.
Problem with expungement is it still leaves a pock mark on the record. A background check won't show that you were charged with XYZ crimes but it'll show that SOMETHING was expunged, and the person who is checking can use their imagination. It's never stopped me from getting a job or license but I've had to explain it a whole lot.
